The Pratt Institute, in partnership with Rebuild by Design, hosted a series of panels exploring the connections between poverty, climate justice, planning, and design. These panels utilized the Rebuild by Design competition and projects as case studies to highlight the importance of strengthening community capacity and continuing to engage communities around the process of rebuilding.

Panelists were Rebuild by Design stakeholders from the NYC Environmental Justice Alliance, NYC Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resilience, PennDesign, THE POINT CDC, LESReady!, the Pratt Institute, and Rebuild by Design staff.
