The New York Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery expects to complete an archeological survey for the Living Breakwaters project by the end of January 2019. Construction of the offshore reefs to reduce erosion and damage from storm waves at the southern end of Staten Island is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2019. Learn more>>
