The Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) will be holding the fourth meeting of the Living with the Bay (LWTB) Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) on Tuesday, February 28th. The meeting is open to the public and the participants will be provided an opportunity to provide input.  This CAC meeting will provide a chance for the public to learn about:

• Problem areas identified by the CAC
• Types of problems in the LWTB Program Area 
• Roundtable discussion of New York State Parks LWTB projects in Hempstead Lake State Park, specifically improvements to: 
  • Access to the park, 
  • Amenities,
  • Upgrade to the ponds and lakes,
  • Dam restorations and 
  • The education/resiliency center.
