Join the City of New York in planning the East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) Project – the HUD-funded component of the BIG U.

Using feedback from community members and City agencies, the team is refining the design concept as a key step in advancing the project. The team is also developing the project’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement, and putting together a package for public review that is required by New York City’s Uniform Land Use Review Procedure. As part of this process, the team is hosting several public meetings in September and October throughout the project area. Learn more>>
