Join the City of New York in planning the East Side Coastal Resiliency (ESCR) Project – the federally and city-funded component of the BIG U. ESCR aims to reduce coastal flooding impacts, improve resiliency, and enhance the public waterfront along the East River between Montgomery Street and East 25th Street. At the November 14th community input session, stakeholders are invited to provide input on future plans for the Asser Levy and Murphy Brothers Playgrounds, which will be redesigned as part of ESCR.

This location is wheelchair accessible. For special needs assistance or translation, please contact Fay Lee at (718) 391-2411 or leefa@ddc.nyc.gov. There will also be three upcoming community design update sessions on November 28, December 1 and December 7. Join the Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency for an update of project progress with a focus on specific project areas. Visit the project website>>
