HUD RELEASES FUNDS FOR HUDSON RIVER PROJECT

A major milestone was passed as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued formal approval for the State of New Jersey to use $230 million in funds to complete the design and construction of the Hudson River: Resist, Delay, Store, Discharge project in Hoboken and parts of Jersey City and Weehawken. Construction is expected to begin in 2019 after the project team integrates the results of the NJDEP’s environmental impact statement.  Construction is expected to be completed by the fall of 2022. Learn more>>
